TL;DR:
Across Protocol has been transferred to a new company, Across, Inc. ("AcrossCo"), and $ACX is sunsetting. After January 8, 2027, all ACX tokens will be deprecated and lose all governance, utility, and economic function.
Holders have two options, both valued at $0.04375 per token.
Option 1: Convert $ACX to AcrossCo equity
(1:1, first-come first-served, 250K $ACX minimum, lower amounts may be considered if allocations are available).Option 2: USDC buyout at $0.04375 per token.
Deadlines: the equity option closes January 8, 2027 and the buyout option closes January 8, 2027. We cannot guarantee the same exchange rate after this date. If you don't act before then, you may not be able to exchange your tokens.

What This Means for $ACX Holders
Holders of $ACX now have two options, summarized below and subject to our Equity Exchange Terms of Service and USDC Exchange Terms of Service. It is important for each holder of $ACX to be aware that the following options will no longer be available after January 8, 2027. After January 8, 2027, all ACX Tokens will be deprecated and will no longer serve any governance, utility, or economic function.

As an ACX holder, you have the following options:
Equity Option: Exchange $ACX for equity securities of AcrossCo
Available until January 8, 2027
Exchange on a 1:1 basis, implied token valuation of $0.04375
May be direct or indirect equity ownership
250K $ACX minimum, lower amounts may be considered if allocations are available
Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to applicable legal caps and eligibility requirements
KYC is required
US applicants must qualify as accredited investors
Buyout Option: Exchange $ACX for $USDC
Available until January 8, 2027
Exchange for $USDC at a fixed valuation of $0.04375
Subject to customary sanctions screening
These options will no longer be available after January 8, 2027.
After January 8, 2027., $ACX will be deprecated and will no longer have any governance, utility, or economic function. Risk Labs and AcrossCo will have no further obligations regarding the tokens.
